You cannot cut a mango in half (vertically), because of its tough pit...

Using a pairing knife and cutting board, slice into the mango (horizontally)
as far as you can on both sides of the mango (leaving the center pit to throw away).

You can peel the skin off the mango (throw the skin away)
...and then slice the mango into long strips or cut it into cubes.

Peel back the top of the individual Minute® rice but do NOT completely remove...

Now scoop at least 4 teaspoons of the mango ice cream into the rice,
and place into your microwave...

Heat on high, 30 seconds at a time--just until the ice cream is melted!

Next, stir the "rice-cream" mix and place on the serving plate with the mango...
