Leave the Philly cream cheese on the counter until it is at room temperature (to soften)

Melt the butter in a large plastic bowl for approx. 30 seconds on high...
This should yield 4 oz. (½ cup)

Now add the cream cheese, sugar,
and vanilla with the butter and mix all ingredients in the bowl well
(approx. 2 minutes using a tablespoon)

Serve (cream cheese frosting) with muffins, scones, banana nut bread, etc.

With some fresh strawberries, wash them, cut the tops off, and slice in half vertically,
and fill each side with this cream cheese frosting...serve on a platter & enjoy!
