Spicy Nutmeg Butter Carrots:

1 package (16 ounces) fresh baby carrots (or large sliced carrots)

2 tablespoons butter, melted (in a small plastic bowl)

¼ teaspoon McCormick® ground nutmeg

¼ teaspoon McCormick® garlic salt
NOTE: If you do not have garlic salt,
then you can substitute by using 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder & 1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon McCormick® ground red (Cayenne) pepper

Mix the butter, nutmeg, garlic salt & red pepper in that same small plastic bowl...

Cook the carrots in a medium pot on medium-high heat (with a lid on it)
with 2 cups (16 oz.) filtered water for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain the water from the carrots (by tilting the pot in a sink without carrots falling out!)

Stir the spice & butter mixture again and then stir that with the carrots WELL and serve!
